South African clients: PayFast (credit card, debit card, EFT, SnapScan). International clients: Stripe (credit and debit cards in USD, EUR, or GBP).

ZAR prices exclude 15% VAT, which is added at checkout. International prices (USD, EUR, GBP) are not subject to South African VAT.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Yes. Annual billing saves 2 months (pay for 10, get 12). Available on all tiers and in all currencies.

Soft overage billing applies: R0.50 per message and R2.00 per lead above your plan cap. A hard limit at 2x your plan prevents runaway costs. You receive alerts at 80% and 95% usage.

Full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Your workflows are configured and activated during the trial.

You will be prompted to select a plan and add payment. If no plan is selected, your workflows pause automatically. No data is lost — resume anytime by choosing a plan.

Yes, you can change to any tier during the trial at no charge.

Yes. Resource bonuses from add-ons (extra messages, leads, workflows) are added to your plan limits for the billing period.

Yes. All clients receive portal access at portal.anyvisionmedia.com for dashboards, billing management, support tickets, and workflow monitoring.

Enterprise plans include scheduled calls. Growth plans include a 1-hour onboarding call. Additional consulting is available at hourly rates. General support is handled via portal and email.

Yes. All workflows include operational documentation. The client portal includes guides and FAQs. Standard operating procedures are provided during onboarding.

Via the client portal billing page. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for unused time.

Yes. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Yes. Export all data via the portal before cancellation. Data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, then permanently deleted.

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be available. See our Refund Policy for details.
